The Emerging Professionals Network (EPN) helps to establish a strong network base in the industry, share views, ideas and best practice, enable members to develop new skills and hear from influential people in the industry. The EPN also oversees our Emerging Professionals Conference, advises on content and promotes membership.
We are deliberately making eligibility as wide as possible, so if you are a CIHT Member and in the Student or Apprentice Membership category, OR 35 years or under, OR have seven or fewer years’ experience, you can be part of the wider Emerging Professionals community.

Representatives are responsible for bringing the views of our emerging members from their specific area to the forefront of the discussion. This fusion of views within the EPN forms a cohesive vision that represents all EPs at our main Board of Trustee and Council meetings.
