Key quotes from the podcast

"Having diversity in an organization is something that make people want to join that organization in the first place and it has become now a major player in winning new employees and future work. There is an incentive for an organization in both recruiting and retaining a diverse staff."

Ian Gittens

"It’s about equality, diversity and inclusion in practice, how we deliver services as transport professionals… the more diverse professions we have, the more likely we are to deliver an inclusive transport system and get more people on the move and keep the economy going."
