Alexandra Luck is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, a Member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences and a Member of the Register of Security Engineers and Specialists. She also holds a University Certificate in Forensic Road Collision Investigation, The Cardiff Law School Bond Solon Expert Witness Civil Certificate, Criminal Certificate, and is a Member of the Expert Witness Institute.
She works in the fields of built environment and infrastructure asset management, risk management and safety as well as security-minded approaches. She has extensive experience of the development, implementation and auditing of proportionate and structured management systems within the construction and transportation sector as well as the forensic investigation and analysis of incidents. She has used her experience and excellent understanding of highway authority duties, powers and responsibilities in her work as an expert witness, giving evidence in Coroner’s Inquests as well as civil and criminal cases.
