In this lunch time webinar, Michael Fisher and Ian Harrison share how managers can improve their leadership skills to command and control less, and align and enable their team members to become more productive and efficient.
Michael and Ian will walk through what is ‘command and control’ and why it hinders your ability as a leader. They will then bring in this concept of align and enable so that you, as a leader, can establish what is the team’s or organisation’s mission and objectives, how you can align your people on the macro and micro scale so they are connecting their work and role with the overall team and organisational objectives. When you can establish and align people with the mission and objectives, Michael and Ian will also go through how enable your people to take action and person responsibility.
By the end of this 1hr webinar, you will be equipped with the tools you can start to implement straight away and start to see results to make you and your team more productive and efficient.

Michael Fisher is a Civil Engineer in the Airport and Highways/Transportation sectors, currently working as Design Manager at WSP in their Aviation Team. Michael is also the host of the Podcast ‘Leadership in Construction’ and Leadership Coach for leaders in the Construction Industry.
Ian Harrison is co-author of ’The Enabling Manager’ and works as a facilitator and executive coach with leadership teams across the UK.
