CIHT Scotland is delighted to join with CILT and ICE Scotland to bring you this webinar which will focus on Edinburgh Council's plans to reshape the city's transport network as it bids to reach net zero by 2030.
In February 2023 Edinburgh Council approved a three-month consultation period on plans to reshape the city's transport network as it bids to reach net zero by 2030 with a 30% reduction in car journeys. The proposed £1bn transition over seven years will include more bus and cycle lanes and wider footpaths, as well as further tram extensions and a ferry link to Fife. This presentation will be held jointly with CILT Scotland, CIHT Scotland and ICE.
This webinar is open to anyone with an intertest in highways and transportation. It is particularly aimed at Transport planners, civil engineers, planners and anyone with an interest in sustainable transport, behaviour change and policy delivery towards achieving net zero.
