Lucy is a Chartered Engineer, working in roads & transportation since 1984 in Kent County Council, London Borough of Southwark, and Limerick City & County Council.
Since 1997, Lucy has been working in road safety engineering, on behalf of TII, employed by Limerick City & County Council.
