CIHT East of England is delighted to offer this webinar, introducing the Healthy Streets approach to designing and managing streets, with speaker Lucy Saunders.
This webinar will introduce the Healthy Streets approach to designing and managing streets. It is a human-centred framework for embedding public health in transport, public realm, and planning and is based on ten evidence-based indicators. Prioritising and balancing the ten indicators is required to support improvements in social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
Healthy Streets offers external training and this event will provide an insight into what the Healthy Streets approach does and how it can help professionals. This event should wet the appetite of professionals and if they want to learn more they can look into the training.
The event is aimed at those involved in transport, planning, regeneration, and public health. It is applicable to all grades and levels.
