This event will be a discussion of the specifications introduced by Transport Scotland to automate electronic monitoring of the asphalt installation process.
This presentation, brought to you by CIHT North West in collaboration with CIHT Scotland, will focus on the specifications introduced by Transport Scotland to automate electronic monitoring of the asphalt installation process.
HDS are the sole provider of this technology in Scotland and will be discussing how contractors and clients can benefit from using e-ticketing, automated laying record creation, asphalt temperature monitoring, thermal segregation monitoring, compaction testing, as well as laser surveying for surface macrotexture and surface regularity.
The use of technology to replace materials technicians for the purpose of safety, quality, cost, and digital data capture will be a main theme of the discussion.
This webinar is open to all but is particularly aimed at anyone involved with asphalt construction. Contractors, designers, consultants, clients, those involved in asset management and deterioration modelling.
