NEC is now over 25 years old. We are seeing some useful case law coming through the Courts which in this seminar we will analyse for lessons in best practice and compliance with the Court judgments.
This seminar is aimed at developers, directors, project managers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
In particular from those organisations; commercial directors, commercial managers, quantity surveyors, programmers and site managers.
