The Innovation Project of the Year Award is to recognise and encourage imaginative research, concepts and excellence within the highways and transportation industry where a marked positive benefit has been achieved in the North East & Cumbria or been produced by people working in the area.

Sustainability Project of the Year Award

The Sustainability Project of the Year Award is to recognise and encourage an environmentally sustainable approach to imaginative research, concepts and excellence within the highways and transportation industry where a marked positive benefit has been achieved in the North East & Cumbria or been produced by people working in the area.

  • Cumbria County Council - Cycling and Walking Design Support (Cumbria County Council, Pell Frischmann)

Emerging Professional of the Year Award

The Emerging Professional of the Year Award recognises the efforts of one keen individual who demonstrates both a passion and genuine commitment to the development of themselves, in addition to others within the highways and transportation industry. They will be within the first 10 years of their careers and will have inspired and helped others in the industry in 2023.

Apprentice of the Year Award

The Apprentice of the Year Award recognises the efforts of one Apprentice who, in addition to undertaking their duties has proven to be a rising star within the Region.
